Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Petify Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
