Returns
Petify Supply offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition you received it

Be unused and unworn

Include original tags

Be in its original packaging

Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original item (once approved), and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
